(And my own personal experience shooting some VERY high ISO stuff with both.) I also know that the flip-out screen has been really handy when working with tripod shots and other odd angles. The reason being that you're looking for low-light capabilities, and while both definitely do much better than the 5D2, the 6D2 has several years more development time and shows a marked jump in ISO quality, at least according to the DxO tests. That said, I stick with my recommendation of the 6D2. You absolutely cannot go wrong with this camera if you're going to shoot portraits, travel, and low-light work. When it was released, the marked improvement in high ISO capabilities was one of the selling points folks were excited about.

The 5D3 has the advantage of dual card slots and the 5D series renowned durability, as well as a solid, reliable AF set up that expands across the frame pretty well. That said, my recommendation (by a very slim margin) would be the 6D2. Honestly, for what you're describing, you probably won't be disappointed with either. They're similar in most ways, and very different in just a small handful of other ways, you're not the first to wrestle with which one to get. I have experience with both, actually!
